2024 in focus: Our work with Delivery Partners
As the year draws to a close, we want to thank our valued Delivery Partners for working in partnership with Future Pathways in 2024.
Find out more about how we work with Delivery Partners
to support people in achieving their goals.
Future Pathways commissions a range of services to support people in achieving their goals. We work with a network of Delivery Partners across Scotland, the UK and beyond.
Our team of Support Coordinators work directly with the people registered with Future Pathways. They facilitate access to resources and support, including support from Delivery Partners, which help people to progress towards their goals. Our approach to support is trauma-informed, person-centred and outcomes-focused.
We are focused on long-term and sustainable changes in the areas of a person’s life they feel are important to them.
We take a relational approach in all that we do. We take the time to build trusting relationships with people we support and our Delivery Partners so we can work collaboratively to help people identify personal outcome/s and progress towards achieving them.
We aim for people to feel safe, able to trust Future Pathways and hopeful that change is possible. We support people to access a wide range of different types of support which align with their goals.
Each person’s goals are unique to them, so each person’s experience of accessing support through Future Pathways is different. We review support so that we can understand, reflect on, and share the impact of support, including the support provided by Delivery Partners.
