Information Pack
After you register, we will send you an Information Pack by email or in the post. The pack tells you information about the service and how support from Future Pathways works. The pack is also available as an Easy Read document and in BSL and is available to download.
If you have lost your Information Pack and would like a printed one sent to you, you can:
