Our latest impact report, A Journey of Connection, gives us a greater insight into the difference we make, the crucial role of our relationship with people and services, and where we can strengthen our knowledge and understanding.

The report takes an in-depth look at the work of Future Pathways from April 2024 to March 2025. Bringing together a wide range of data, including experiences from people we support and insights from our Delivery Partners, we see how our relational approach can bring significant impact to people, partners and services.
