Registration Line – closure dates

Our registration line runs through the year. You can phone us for free on 0808 164 2005. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
Sometimes, we close the registration line at key dates during the year, for example holidays. The Registration Line will be closed on the following dates:
  • Friday 3 April to Friday 10 April 2026. (1 week and 1 day)

The line will close at 4pm on Thursday 2 April. It will open again at 10am on Monday 13 April.

  • Monday 6 July to Friday 10 July. (1 week)

The line will close at 4pm on Friday 3 July. It will open again at 10am on Monday 13 July. 

  • Monday 12 October to Friday 16 October. (1 week)

The line will close at 5pm on Friday 9 October. It will open again at 10am on Monday 19 October. 

  • Monday 21 December 2026 to Monday 4 January 2027. (2 weeks and 1 day)

The line will close at 4pm on Friday 18 December. It will open again at 10am on Tuesday 5 January.
