Our new Peer Support Lead

We have a new Peer Support Lead. Ewain tells us a bit more about his role and shares feedback from the Peer Support sessions and workshops.

I’m Ewain, the new Peer Support Lead. That means I manage the small (but mighty) Peer Support team. Together, we work hard to make sure we have sessions and workshops for people
registered with Future Pathways.

Before becoming Peer Support Lead, I worked with Future Pathways as a Support Coordinator. In 2027, I will have been with the service for five years.

It is really important to me that services are shaped by the people they are there for. I am really excited to see the Peer Support programme continue to develop.

There are lots of different reasons why people come along to the sessions. Below, you can see some of the feedback we have had so far.

Finding your voice through writing

Throughout our work at Future Pathways, we support people to be heard, believed and empowered. Our work with The Book Whisperers shows how writing can be a powerful tool for finding your voice, reflecting on your journey and reaching out to others.
